RIP IN PEACE: Koby Mitchell

Recently, the Coffs Harbour skateboard community mourned the loss of a great friend and a passionate skateboarder.
Koby Mitchell was an incredible skater that everyone knew and loved. His friendship, loving nature and passion for skateboarding touched the lives of everyone he crossed paths with. If he wasn’t working or on his board, he was watching Thrasher parts or teaching the younger generation some new tricks. To honor Koby's contributions to our community, the Coffs Harbour skatepark has been renamed the Koby Mitchell Memorial Skatepark, which is a beautiful tribute to our fallen soldier. Since his passing, Chris Talke gathered all of the footage he could find of Koby for one incredible final video part.
I will miss you so much, Koby. Your kindness, positivity and enthusiasm was a gift which was treasured by many. It was a pleasure knowing you and you will live on in the hearts of all your friends and family.
